REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals - which means the Registration, Evaluation, Granting Authorisation and the Application of Restrictions with Reference to Chemicals) is a Regulation by the European Union, whose purpose is to guarantee a safe application of chemicals.
In accordance with REACH, the units which generate or import chemical substances in quantities over one tone are required to register the substance with ECHA and collect information with reference to features, application and safe management of chemicals.
Our company analyses the regulations of REACH and CLP with great attention.
Our officers who handle the problems of registration and classification of substances aim at the effective introduction of duties, arising from the above-mentioned regulations. Their most important task is to implement all new requirements in the proper time.
Our company as the biggest European manufacturer of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene is a Lead Registrant for that substance (as defined in Article 11(1) of the REACH Regulation). We are glad to inform our customers that we made full registration of TNT in the tonnage band over 1000 tonnes per year that entitled us to legal non-limited market of that substance.
If your company is interested in joining to the joint TNT registration, please fill in the bellowed attached Letter of Intent and send it to e-mail: wroblewska@nitrochem.com.pl
The costs of joining a joint TNT registration depend on the tonnage range of the registration and are calculated on an ongoing basis in accordance with the adopted cost-sharing model, taking into account the current number of co-registrants, and will be provided upon sending an enquiry from a potential new co-registrant to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
