The end of the school year is the perfect moment to recognise hard work. Bydgoszcz-based Nitro-Chem has once again acknowledged students from its patronage classes in the analytical technician programme. On Friday, 26 June, an official scholarship award ceremony for the top students was held at the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Chemical School Complex in Bydgoszcz.

As the patron of the analytical classes, the company strongly supports young talent. This time, scholarships worth PLN 3,000 were awarded to four top students from each class covered by the patronage programme. It is worth noting that this year’s secondary school graduate received their distinction at the end of April.
This is tangible support for young people who see their future in chemistry and are already fully committed to developing their skills.
“Investing in the young generation is the foundation of the future for us. We are proud to support students who stand out through their knowledge, passion and determination. The scholarships awarded are a recognition of their efforts to date, as well as an incentive to continue broadening their horizons and achieving their professional goals,” said Karol Przybyszewski, President of the Management Board of Nitro-Chem S.A.
Through patronage classes, students gain knowledge that is useful in real professional practice. The company aims to stay close to young people, motivate them to take action and show them that the industry is waiting for their skills.
