Nitro-Chem to Support New Postgraduate Programme at Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology

The new programme has been designed for individuals who wish to develop their competencies in modern industrial technologies, the design and optimisation of technological processes, and the implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions that meet current environmental and industrial requirements.

The programme focuses on preparing participants in practical terms for work in the modern chemical industry and related sectors. Students will gain knowledge in areas such as process analysis, process safety, quality control, environmental protection, and production process management. An important element of the curriculum is also the development of competencies that enable participants to effectively combine knowledge of chemistry, engineering, and the organisation of industrial processes.

Nitro-Chem’s patronage of the postgraduate programme is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy, which includes active cooperation with the education sector and support for the development of future specialists in the chemical industry.

The programme is aimed both at university graduates from various fields and at industry professionals interested in upgrading their qualifications, advancing their careers, or reskilling towards modern industrial technologies.

The curriculum stands out for its strong focus on the practical aspects of chemical technology, its interdisciplinary approach, and its inclusion of current industrial trends such as process automation and the circular economy. Classes will be delivered by experienced academic staff and industry experts, including specialists in explosives, enabling participants to gain knowledge that reflects the real needs of the labour market.

The signed agreement continues the cooperation between Nitro-Chem and Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology, which began in May 2025. At that time, the parties signed an agreement on joint activities aimed at building competencies and supporting the career development paths of students from the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering.

The new postgraduate programme has been designed in a way that allows participants to combine study with professional responsibilities. As a result, the offer meets the needs of both those starting their careers in the industry and experienced industrial professionals.
