From 3 to 6 September, the 32nd edition of the International Defence Industry Exhibition took place in Kielce, one of the most important events for the armaments industry in Europe. Zakłady Chemiczne "Nitro-Chem" S.A., as every year, took part in the event as part of the joint stand of the PGZ Group.
This year's edition of MSPO was special, as it fell on the 25th anniversary of Poland's accession to NATO. At the same time, 900 days have passed since the full-scale war in Ukraine. That is why the slogan accompanying this year's exhibition prepared by the Polish Armaments Group was "Solutions Proven in Combat". The Kielce fair attracted exhibitors from all over the world, presenting modern technologies, military equipment and innovative solutions in the field of defence. According to the organisers, it was a record-breaking fair, with almost 800 exhibitors and 25 thousand visitors.
This year "Nitro-Chem" presented its leading products at the joint stand of the Polish Armaments Group. The stand presented the MK-82 aerial bomb and explosives used to fill the bodies of missiles, mines and other combat elements of ammunition and to produce civilian blasting agents. An important part of the exhibition was also a precision guided aerial bomb system with additional rocket propulsion enabling the destruction of stationary and moving targets at a distance of up to 50+ km with an accuracy of up to 5 m, significantly increasing the operational capabilities and survivability of the carrier. There were also exhibits presenting large-caliber ammunition filling services.
The event was an opportunity to meet with experts, military delegations and government representatives, facilitating the creation of cooperation and exchange of experiences in the defense sector.
