Zakłady Chemiczne "Nitro-Chem" S.A., Europe's largest and one of the world's largest TNT producers, has received further orders from Paramount Enterprises International (PEI), an international company specializing in sea, land and air transportation of explosives. The Polish TNT will be used to fulfill orders under the U.S. government's 2025 weapons programs.
During the event, hosted by Paramount Enterprises International (PEI), the CEO of Zakłady Chemiczne "Nitro-Chem" S.A. Dominik Sawicki and PEI Director General John Coney officially signed new orders for the company to supply TNT to the US government. This is another order placed with the Bydgoszcz-based company in recent years by customers from the United States. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Poland, the U.S. Armed Forces and U.S. arms suppliers. There were also representatives of the Polish Armament Group, Mesko S.A., the MAP Strategic Projects Department and the Pol-mare company. "Nitro-Chem" S.A. played a key role in the event as a partner of the U.S. defense industry, being a company that has been cooperating successfully and fruitfully in the field of military security for more than 20 years.

In the coming years, the U.S. Armed Forces intend to speed up production and increase production capacity for 155 mm cal. artillery ammunition and other munitions. The cooperation between "Nitro-Chem" S.A. and PEI is essential to meet the current and anticipated future demand of the US Armed Forces and our associated partners for artillery ammunition," added Peter Burke - Deputy Project Manager at Combat Ammunition Systems (CAS) in the US Armed Forces.
